Customers are encouraged to bring their pet’s own food to avoid any stomach issues with their dog. Please bring all food and treats in a resealable bag or container. If a customer chooses not to bring food we will charge $1.00 per day for food.
We have plenty of beds and blankets here to keep your dog comfortable. We recommend not bringing any blankets, beds, or toys from home because if your pet has an accident we do not have the capability of washing them prior to your pet departing.
Please leave all bowls at home.
A staff member will review your pet’s stay with you at pick up. Please look over your pet’s items to assure all belongings are there.
If you decide to pick your dog up early from their stay, please give a 48 hours notice. If not you will be charged for the night you leave. We understand there are emergencies and this can be discussed with the staff on a case by case basis.
